Who we are

This website is operated by Ronny Robert Moreno Sharpe, a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (Lic. SL3616412), brokered by Miranda & Co. Realty.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the contact form on this site:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• What you're looking to do (buy, sell, invest, or explore)
• Any message you write us
• The campaign or link that brought you here, so we know which of our posts is working

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and to help you buy, sell, or invest in real estate. Specifically:

• To call, email, or text you back about your request
• To send property information relevant to what you asked for
• To send occasional market updates or promotional messages, only if you opted in
• To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Florida

SMS messaging terms

Opting in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form. Consent is entirely optional — it is never a condition of working with us, and you will receive a reply to your inquiry whether or not you check it.

What you'll receive

Appointment and showing notifications, alerts about properties matching your criteria, transaction updates, and occasional marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the stage of your search.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Check your plan for details.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You'll get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (786) 839-4049 or ronnyrealtor@yahoo.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and coverage.

Who we share with

We share your information only where it is genuinely necessary:

• Miranda & Co. Realty, our brokerage, as required for licensed transactions
• Service providers that deliver our email or SMS messages, bound to use it only for that purpose
• Transaction partners — lenders, title companies, inspectors — but only with your direction during an active transaction
• Legal authorities, where required by law

We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to end SMS messages
• Click unsubscribe in any marketing email
• Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — write to ronnyrealtor@yahoo.com

We'll act on deletion requests within 30 days, except where Florida real estate law requires us to retain transaction records.

Security & retention

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you, and transaction records for the period Florida law requires.

Terms of use

The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not a solicitation for properties already listed with another brokerage, and it is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Property information, pricing, and availability change without notice and should be independently verified.
